World Curling Academy assessments to take place at Giżycko summer festival
World Curling Academy will be holding three assessment courses as part of the Giżycko summer festival in Poland in August 2026.
Course participants are invited to stay on for the four-day curling camp and a three-day competition.
The assessment courses taking place are:
Introduction to Maintaining Curling Ice Assessment Course
When: 21 and 22 August
Course Cost: €160
Prerequisite: Introduction to Maintaining Curling Ice Online Course
Game Umpire Assessment Course
When: 22 August
Course Cost: €140
Prerequisite: Game Umpire Online Course
Level One Technical Coach Assessment Course
When: 22 August
Course Cost: €140
Prerequisite: Level One Technical Coach Online Course

The summer festival will also feature a camp and competition.
Four-Day Curling Camp
When: 22-26 August
Camp Cost: €145 (entry fee) or €395 (entry fee + accommodation + 3 meals)
Three-Day Curling Tournament
When: 27-29 August
Tournament Cost: €75 (entry fee) or €205 (entry fee + accommodation + breakfast + BBQ)
