World Curling acts as the host broadcaster at our championships.

Publications

The World Curling media team have published a number printed documents.

Each year, the publication team produce the World Curling Annual Review, a document that provides an overview of the work the organisation has done throughout a given season.

In 2016, the publication team produced a special anniversary book to create a physical legacy of the first 50 years of the World Curling Federation. ‘Fifty years of the World Curling Federation – A Celebration’ was the final outcome from that project.

In 2022, the publication team produced a limited edition commemorative book detailing the history of curling in the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, titled, ‘Granite & Gold – Curling’s Olympic & Paralympic Journey’.

Sports Media Trainee Programme

World Curling’s Sports Media Trainee Programme is designed to give young professionals the opportunity to gain invaluable, hands-on media experience at international curling events.

Aspiring sports media professionals can apply for the Programme in two categories:

  1. Communications Assistant
  2. Photographer
