Next stop on the Olympic Celebration Tour: Chicago!

As preparations for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games continue, World Curling’s Olympic Celebration Tour will return with its first visit to Chicago Curling Club in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

Supported by the Foundation for Global Sports Development, World Curling’s Olympic Celebration Tour began in September 2013 and is a series of instructional tours with Olympic curlers intended to attract interest and promote curling.

As part of the tour, Olympians visit Member Associations giving curlers the opportunity to develop their skills and learn about the sport.

The Chicago Curling Club stop will take place on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 January, and see three Olympians attend to share their knowledge: Tyler George, Karri Willms and Joni Cotten.

Chicago Curling Club will host several events across the two days, including an Olympic Celebration Tour social with drinks, food, a silent auction, photo ops and more, and “Learn to curl with an Olympian” sessions (for juniors and adults).
