Become a Camp Leader at Lillehammer Youth Camp 2026!
Are you interested in coaching or becoming an instructor? Are you already a coach or instructor and want to improve your skills, have fun, meet new friends and complete the World Curling Academy Coach level 1 certification while being at camp?
We have the perfect opportunity for you!
LEADER POSITION:
Location: Lillehammer, Norway
Arrival: Saturday, 15 August 2026
Departure: Saturday, 22 August 2026
Travel: Return travel cost covered including public transportation to/from Oslo and Lillehammer
Preference will go to those that are European based.
Accommodation: Hotel and food included
The Lillehammer Youth Curling Camp will host eight teams consisting of two females, two males and one coach per team. The main purpose of the camp is to equip teams with valuable training and information that can be applied back home. This will include sessions such as technical, strategy, fitness and nutrition. The unique opportunity will give the leaders a chance to support the coaches and work closely with the athletes.
A total of four leader positions are available. Leaders will be responsible for creating and delivering activities on and off the ice.

Pre-requisite: Chosen leaders will need to complete the World Curling Academy online Technical Coach Level 1 prior to arriving in Lillehammer.
Skills: English speaking and writing is essential. Must be an effective communicator, organiser, problem solver and team player.
Age Group: 18-22
