After this game, Bruce Mouat said, “We’ve had a good week, but we didn’t have our best game in the semi-final. We knew we were playing well, so we re-grouped and decided we wanted to come away this week with something to show for it.

“We’re very happy with where we are. We dominated the round-robin, but we need to make sure that we’re doing that in every game, rather than in ten out of the eleven.”

Group A winners Belgium and Group B winners Türkiye now go straight to the semi-finals, while England, ranked second in Group B, will face Finland, third in Group A, in one qualification game. The other qualification game will see Spain, ranked second in Group A, up against Ukraine, third in Group B.

Both A- Division finals will be broadcast on the Curling Channel, however, there may be restrictions due to broadcast partner agreements.
