Korea, Switzerland and Japan men qualify for World Junior Curling Championships 2025

Korea claimed World Junior-B gold today (13 December) over Switzerland by a score of 4-3, while Japan defeated China for bronze, 7-3, in Lohja, Finland.

The three medalling teams, Korea, Switzerland and Japan have officially secured their Member Association a spot at the World Junior Curling Championships 2025 which will run from 12-21 April in Cortina, Italy.

The men’s field for next year’s World Junior Curling Championship is now complete with its ten teams: Norway, Italy (hosts), Denmark, United States, Germany, Scotland, Canada, Korea, Switzerland and Japan.

The 2025 championships will be a test event for the Milano Cortina Olympic Winter Games 2026.

The women’s World Junior-B Curling Championships will begin on Sunday (15 December) and run until Thursday (19 December).
