Graham Prouse

Graham Prouse, from Canada, was elected to the World Curling Board in April 2010.

In September 2014, as part of the World Curling Board restructure, Prouse was elected as Vice-President (Americas) for an initial three-year term.

In 2005, Prouse was elected to the Canadian Curling Association board — acting as Board Vice-Chair from 2008–2009, and Board Chair from 2009–2010. Prouse was honoured with entry into the Canadian Curling Association Hall of Fame as a Builder on the Executive Honour Roll in 2010.

Prouse served as Chair of the World Curling Federation Governance Commission from 2010 to 2014, leading the organisation through a review and rewrite of the World Curling Constitution and Bylaws.

Prouse serves as the board lead for media and broadcast with a mission to ensure growth and brand recognition to a worldwide audience.

In May 2016, Prouse was the Co-Chair of the World Curling Sweeping Summit and now takes the board lead on equipment specification and approvals.

In his role as Vice-President (Americas), Prouse chairs the Americas Zonal Commission, which allows for zonal specific information to be discussed and to provide advice for the board.

In September 2017, Prouse was re-elected, unopposed, to the role of Vice-President (Americas) for another four-year term.

Prouse was re-elected, unopposed once again, to the role of Vice-President for another four-year term in September 2021.


Hugh Millikin

Hugh Millikin, from Australia, was elected to the World Curling Board in September 2014.

As part of the World Curling Board restructure, Millikin was elected as Vice-President (Pacific-Asia) for an initial two-year term.

From 2013 to 2014, prior to his appointment on the World Curling Board, Millikin was the President of the New South Wales Curling Federation.

Millikin is the chair and board liaison of the Competitions and Rules Commission, which ensures all competitions and rules are fit for purpose.

Millikin, in his role as Vice-President (Pacific-Asia) chairs the Pacific-Asia Zonal Commission, which allows for zonal specific information to be discussed and to provide advice for the board.

In September 2016, Millikin was re-elected, unopposed, to the role of Vice-President (Pacific-Asia) for another four-year term.

In September 2020, Millikin was re-elected, unopposed, to the role of Vice-President for another four-year term.
