Sweden Extend Lead
United States scored two in the fourth end of their game against Sweden, but Sweden responded in the fifth end with a score of five. The score is now 11-2, so unless United States can generate some momentum, this game may well end shortly.
It's Anybody's Game
On Sheet C, Korea and Scotland are facing off for a spot in the semi-finals. The score keeps going back and forth with the teams trading single points throughout the first three ends. As it stands right now, Korea have the 2-1 edge over Scotland, but Scotland are sitting one with hammer.

Powerhouse Sweden
After the first three ends, Sweden lead United States 7-0! There’s still time for the Americans to make a comeback, but will the Swedes allow it? Only time will tell.

Qualification Games
You may have noticed that there are only two sheets being used right now. This is because we are now into qualification games for the World Wheelchairs. The winners of these two games move on to the semi-finals, and the losers are eliminated.

Every Stone Counts
What a busy house on Sheet A! All but one of the stones thrown in the fifth end were in play. On their last shot, Sweden attempted an angle raise off their far left yellow stone. It didn’t curl enough though and Germany (red stones) stole one.
The score is now 4-3 for Germany.
A Game Full of Singles
Scotland and United States are battling it out on Sheet F, but so far, it’s a game full of singles! Scotland took one in the first end, followed by a single steal in the second. United States scored their own single in the third end to which Scotland responded with another single in the fourth end.

It’s a very tight game between Switzerland and Estonia. The Swiss took two in the first end, followed by a steal of one in the second end.
