That's it for today

Good night! 🌙
What a day!
So much action today, and the bronze medals are already decided in the A-Division.
Read our summary of today’s medal games here.
Joel Retornaz after their win
“It’s a good medal, it’s a wonderful medal, especially the way we’ve played the entire week. The team was amazing! Of course we were aiming for something more than bronze the way we played this week, because we had a strong performance, but it’s a medal in a European championship! It’s never easy to medal in this type of competition. I’m so proud of my team and I’m pretty happy.”
“It’s always hard to keep a lead like that especially when you score big in the beginning, and you have opponents like team Sweden, who are very aggressive. It’s tough, you have to be really relaxed and have a good mindset.”
Congratulations, Italy!

Rebecca Morrison after the bronze medal game
“I feel over the moon right now, I can’t describe it. After yesterday’s semi-final, that was just so tough. We really came back and we’re so happy to get that medal today. We just said to ourselves that our goal this week was to medal and we’re still in reach of that. We had to pick ourselves up and say ‘we haven’t missed our goal yet’, and that really helped. We’ve had some really strong games and come back in some games when we were down, and that just shows we’ve got something within our team. I can’t wait to keep going with it.”
Many congratulations, Scotland!

Yannick Schwaller on their win
“We started out nervous, which is a bit sad, because we played so well throughout the week, if we had been a bit more cool in those first five ends it would have been good. We were lucky with some unusual misses [from Oskar], but we had a strong second half. It’s fun to play with our guys, they’re great sweepers and great at executing. We’ll be trying our best out there and we’ll see what happens [in the final].”
And Switzerland are our finalists!

Oskar Eriksson made a superb double take-out to blank the ninth end.
