After two blanks by USA, they lead 8-7 with the hammer as they play the tenth end.

Don’t go anywhere! Japan have just made this game much closer, with a nose hit for three in the ninth end.
Tied 5-5, Canada with the hammer coming home.
KOREA! Advance to women's final
After a tough end for USA, Korea stole four points with USA rolled out on their double attempt.

After a nicely placed guard by Canada, Japan tried to pick out what they could see of the shot stone, Β but didn’t move it enough, giving Canada a steal.

Korea go up 7-4, Canada lead 4-2
Canada had a chance to draw for two but came up way light, getting one in the seventh.

Tabitha Peterson played a backline hit for two to close the game 5-4 for Korea after six ends.

Japan’s Fujisawa had to make a perfect hit and flop into the button against three Canadian stones to score a single in the sixth end, 3-2 for Canada.

What a scrub by Korea!
Korea score a single in the fifth end after JUST biting the four foot for one, against two USA stones for a 5-2 lead.
Canada has a raise takeout for one….

Big steal of three for KOREA
Ouf, Tabitha Peterson is known for her draw weight, but she comes up light in the fourth end, giving a steal of three to Korea for a 4-0 lead.
A great double by Canada results in steal
After a great double by Kerri Einarson on her last resulted in a draw to the button for Japan.
They were heavy, slipping to back eight giving up a steal. 2-0 for Canada.
USA has their hands full on their last, facing three Korean stones buried on the four-foot.

Guyana defeats Hong Kong in B-Division
It will be an India v Guyana final to get into next year’s A-Division!

Dropkin had a double to force an extra but it over curled, giving Korea the stolen win, 9-6.

Korey Dropkin needs some luck on his side to score two in this final end as Korea sits two hurried. BUT there are two American stones on each wing which could be his extra points.

The final will be between Mexico and Chinese Taipei at 18:00 today! Winner moves to the A-Division next year.

B-Divison SF action
Indian men have beaten Kazakhstan 9-3 to move onto the B-Divison final. Awaiting the winner between Hong Kong and Guyana who are tied 5-5.
It all comes down to the tenth end!
With a blank by the US in nine, USA needs to score two to for an extra, or three to win!

With another stolen point in eighth after a missed takeout, Japan shook hands, 8-2 and advance to the final tomorrow at 9:00.
Japan will play in the bronze medal game this evening at 18:00.

Korea force USA to a single with a draw against two, making the score 7-6 Korea.
