The International Technical Officials for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 have been confirmed today (Wednesday 10 June 2020) by the World Curling Federation.
The role of an International Technical Official in many Olympic sports, including curling, is performed by a vital group of volunteers with previous experience and extensive knowledge of the rules of curling.
Curling’s Technical Officials are dedicated to providing and maintaining fair and equitable playing conditions in order to allow the sport to be played to the highest level.
The Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 will be held in Beijing’s Ice Cube from 4–20 February 2022. The Paralympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 will take place in the same venue from 4–13 March 2022.

Each team of International Technical Officials has also been assigned to the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games test events, taking place in 2021.
The World Junior Curling Championships 2021 (18–28 February), will act as a test event for the Olympic Winter Games, while the World Wheelchair Curling Championship 2021 (6–13 March), will act as a test event for the Paralympic Winter Games. Both test events will also be held at the Ice Cube in Beijing, China.
