ZEN-NOH World Women's Curling Championship 2015 schedule released

The schedule of play for the ZEN-NOH World Women’s Curling Championship 2015 has been released by the World Curling Federation.

Twelve of the top women’s curling teams in the world will gather from 14-22 March 2015 to compete in Tsukisamu Gymnasium in Sapporo, Japan

Teams from Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Japan, Norway, Russia, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA will take part in this year’s event.

The twelve teams will compete in a round robin, with the first session of play taking place at 14:00 on Saturday 14 March.

The round robin concludes on Thursday 19 March. If there are any tiebreakers, they will take place on Friday 20 March, with playoffs scheduled for later that evening.

Further play-offs and the semi-final will take place on Saturday 21 March followed by the bronze medal game at 09:00 and the gold medal game at 15:00 on Sunday 22 March.

The ZEN-NOH World Women’s Curling Championship 2015 in Sapporo, Japan is presented by the Ford Motor Company of Canada while Luzern and Titlis Glacier Mountain are main sponsors along with the World Curling Federation's official timekeeper, Edox.
