WSCC 2016: day three review

In the A Group of the men's event, Switzerland and the USA sit at the top of the rankings, both with won three and lost nil records.

USA had a 7-2 victory over the Czech Republic on Sunday afternoon, while Switzerland beat Russia by 7-3 in the evening session. Germany had a 5-3 win over Wales to sit in third place, unbeaten, but having played one game less than the joint leaders.

The men's Group B is led by unbeaten Canada, who beat Ireland by 10-1 for their third win so far.

In the men's Group C, England and New Zealand also have three wins and no losses at the top of the table. In Sunday's play, England beat Italy by 9-6 while New Zealand had an 8-7 win over Norway.

Canada and England share the lead in the women's A Group, on three wins and no losses. England had a 9-5 win over Finland in their Sunday game, while Canada beat Australia by 12-2.

In the women's B Group, Scotland and the USA share the lead, again on won three and lost none. Scotland had an 8-1 win over New Zealand while USA beat Italy by 7-3.
