WCF Athlete Commission Survey: Wheelchair Curling
At a recent meeting of the WCF Athlete Commission at the World Curling Congress 2013 in Copenhagen, Denmark, it was agreed to open discussions with wheelchair curlers of all levels of ability throughout the world and seek their views on a number of issues that currently affect the sport.
Wheelchair Curling Ranking
In February 2013, the World Curling Federation released the first World Wheelchair Curling Ranking.
This was updated following the World Wheelchair Curling Championship event in February 2015.
The ranking is based on exactly the same principles as the WCF men\'s and women\'s ranking.
Canada tops new WCF World Wheelchair Curling Ranking
Perth, Scotland February 25, 2013Following on from a gold medal success at the World Wheelchair Curling Championship 2013, Canada has received a further accolade in the sport by topping a new World Curling Federation World Wheelchair Curling ranking. Sweden lies in second place and Korea is third.
