IN THE MATTER OF ALLEGED DOPING OFFENCE BY Mr. MATT DUMONTELLE (CANADA)
Contrary to WCF Anti-Doping Regulation 2.1
Following the deliberations of the Hearing Panel released on 14th June 2013, on behalf of the World Curling Federation, the Hearing Panel are unanimous in their view that Mr. Dumontelle has committed an Anti-Doping Rule Violation and that this constitutes a Doping Offence under ADR Article 2.1.
